Deliverables, not just footage
Every flight produces a defined output package — the exact files, formats, and annotations are listed on each service below.
Construction Progress
Scheduled flights on identical paths — weekly or per-milestone. Side-by-side comparisons your GC, lender, and client all read the same way.
Roof & Building Inspection
High-resolution visual inspection of roofs, façades, and hard-to-reach structures — no scaffolding, no ladder liability, no closure.
Mapping & Volumetrics
Orthomosaic maps and stockpile volume estimates for excavation, aggregates, and land planning.
Commercial Real Estate
Listing and portfolio imagery that shows access, parking, roof condition, and context — the questions buyers actually ask.
See exactly what you would receive before you book. We are preparing a demonstration inspection package from a permitted demo flight — GPS-pinned defect log, annotated orthophoto excerpts, and the engineer-readable PDF report format. Request the current sample with the form below. Concept clips on this page are AI visualizations, not client work — we will never present them as captures.

Questions GCs and property managers ask
Can you fly in controlled airspace near YUL or downtown Montréal?
Yes, once our certification level is confirmed. Advanced RPAS operations permit flights in controlled airspace with a NAV CANADA RPAS Flight Authorization. We confirm your site's airspace class during the free scope call and file any required authorization before the flight — that lead time is built into the schedule we quote.
What happens if weather cancels the flight?
Free rescheduling, always. If conditions ground the flight, we rebook at no cost — and no capture means no charge. This weather policy is written into every quote, not a verbal promise.
Who owns the imagery, and where is it stored?
You do. Full usage rights transfer to you on delivery. Files stay available in a private hosted gallery for your team, and we delete them on request. We plan flights to avoid capturing identifiable individuals, consistent with Quebec privacy obligations (Law 25).
Can we get a certificate of insurance for our vendor file?
Yes — a certificate of insurance for the $2M liability policy is available on request, same day, naming your organization as certificate holder if required for your vendor onboarding.
Do site operations need to pause during the flight?
No. Capture is typically under two hours, flown from outside active work zones and coordinated with your site supervisor. No closures, no work stoppage.
What file formats do engineers actually receive?
Full-resolution stills (JPEG, RAW on request), 4K MP4 video, and an annotated PDF report with GPS-pinned findings. Mapping work adds georeferenced orthomosaics (GeoTIFF) and volume reports readable in standard GIS and CAD tools.
Is there a minimum term for the Progress Program?
No minimum term. Pause or cancel anytime; you keep everything already delivered, and the end-of-project timelapse is compiled from the visits completed.
What does the 48-hour guarantee mean in practice?
Your annotated report lands in your inbox within 48 hours of the flight. If we miss that window, that visit is 25% off — a self-imposed penalty, in writing on every quote.
